Moena during summer, attracts excursions and mountain sports lovers

During summer Moena offers to its guests the opportunity of taking many walks around; with numerous tracings of various difficulty to cover with the mountain bike, it has become by now the native land of bikers. Here, we can find the route of the "Rampilonga" which counts 4500 participants and has become the greater Italian bike marathon.

During summer, Val di Fassa offers an infinite choice of refreshment rooms both at high altitude and on the grass land of the pastures in the lateral valleys. Alpine shelters situated beyond 2200 meters, on the Catinaccio, Pordoi, Sassolungo, Marmolada, Monzoni or on the Alpe di Lusia, offer the same comfort, but above all the customary traditional hospitality and generosity of the mountain huts or barns that hosts the guest at more modest altitude, where even a less expert mountain climber has to pay a visit in order to taste the genuine flavour of the local products or foods cooked in an ancient way, often in the open air as well.
